I am not sure how much of a professional work experience you have had, but you don't become the boss unless you already have experience in the field. When you get hired after college, don't assume that your boss won't tell you about how to do your job. If something goes wrong, your boss WILL tell you about it. Hopefully you can take the criticism positively and improve upon your work, else you are in a very bumpy ride my friend.
Frank has lot more experience in coaching field than Moorehead does. If frank noticed couple things that he thinks that should be mentioned, he has every right to talk to Moorehead. He is not going over coaches in any way, in fact by talking to Moorehead about his thoughts, Frank builds trust between the coaches. If frank really wanted to go over coaches, he would go and talk straight to the players rather than talking to position coaches.
I don't expect anything too groundbreaking. I feel like they made a killing on the black jerseys for the Boise game so if we were doing anything too crazy I feel like we'd of heard or at least seen something by now.
But hey, we could come out wearing leather helmets for all I really know.

Im saying it could cause issues down the road. If you got hired to coach a position and the HC kept going over your head and telling you how to coach that position it would make no sense at all. I would be like why did you hire me then if your just gonna do it your way and coach the position over me

Beamer is the HC. If he wants to tell Moorehead to have WRs do anything that's his call and his right to do so. Moorehead and all coaches, even Bud, work for Beamer. That's it. Someone needs to be the boss, that's why HC's get paid the big bucks.
And if you think the Beamer is causing issues going over Moorehead then you clearly have forgotten the extensive amount of rope he gave O'Cainspring to direct the offense. If anything, he sometimes doesn't have a heavy enough hand.
