Hell, no! I think I might have been the original token girl on here :P

Why not orange vs maroon. If i remember correctly, colors are orange, maroon, and grey.

From going to a couple games at Neyland stadium, I have to say UT fans are the worst in the country. It might not have helped that I would be with my dad who is a bama grad and we would be decked out in bama gear but those fans did everything from cuss and yell at us to pouring beer on us. I HATE TENNESSEE! Oh and I dont know why anyone would want to go there and look at that puke orange color all day...

I'm guessing that Leal might play a little on both teams, since he's the only other Yellow Jersey listed.

Trey Gresh is listed on both teams, I'm assuming that's because he's the holder for FGs though. They might have just pulled the rosters from a list of jerseys they'd have for the game and put the Yellow's with the Orange team and they'll have Trey switching depending on the team that might be kicking a field goal next.

The best thing about her stuff is that it her Lunchtime Links were how I found Kyle Tucker's Blog, which eventually became Bitter's blog.

As a Liberty Alum, I'm happy to have all the Tech Legacy talent we can get. Grant Bowden was a great punter for us this year, he had a 39.4 avg and 18 of 60 punts were inside the 20. Here's an interview he did during Spring Practice for anyone who is interested.

In Grant's case he actually graduated from VT (was a preferred walk-on I think) and is playing at LU as a Grad Student about to finish his first M.A. and starting his second in the fall.

Thanks for the song suggestion, I just posted it to the facebook wall of a friend who is a big UT fan, well actually his wife's facebook wall since he isn't on facebook.

I definitely know more tham the average boy about football, for sure haha. Us girls should all meet up and take a picture for thekeyplay.com! Haha. I can't wait to be there tomorrow :) my dad never got his boy so I have grown up watching Tech with him and learned everything. Oh wow! Awesome!

Second!!!

I was actually in Delaware at my Fiancee's (Now Wife's) parents and kept sneaking into the house to watch sections of the game while all the other people under 30 were out in the shed/garage type building where my father in law had a pool table.

I wish we could play them regularly.

Just ran into a VT recruit getting shown around by one of our receivers! Of course I told him it's a great place to be and that he should be a Hokie! He seemed pretty happy to be here, so that was good!

Happens occasionally, last time we had 4 real non-conference home games was 2006, when we hosted Northeastern, Cincinnati, Southern Miss and Kent State.

If you count games in Landover as home games (which I don't), then we did it in 2010 too: vs. Boise, and hosted JMU, ECU and Central Michigan.

I'll be there, but I have absolutely no idea where I'll be sitting. I'll probably be the only deaf guy there, so if you see a guy using his hands to talk, that's me.

Do not, I repeat, do not sleep on Charley Meyer. That kid is one hell of a receiver or tight end, whatever he plays. Toss him the ball and he hangs onto it like his life depends on it. He may be a walk-on, but I think he may end up being another Danny Coale-type. He got two big wallops and still held onto the football.

I am still waiting for a breakout from Trey Edmunds. I know y'all are saying he is the starter, but I am waiting.

Special team is average at best right now. On some of punt drills I have seen, the coverage is not there yet, and that is troubling. If Jarrett puts on a clinical tomorrow, I will be very, very worried. I have to yet see kickoff, so I'm curious on if Beamer have revisited his strategy.

It links back to Bitter's blog, which is the smartest move she's made in a long time.

After three years in mech engineering, I transferred to interior design and didn't have a Friday class during my last three years.

Yeah, I spent over 6 years as a student, even lived in the burg year round, still feel it wasn't enough...

I'm excited for the players to get a chance to play there. Sucks for us who would travel to Blacksburg, but still will be cool.

I've been dying for us to play ND, finally going to happen.

I am, too! You're not alone.

My dad really wanted a little boy, but he didn't get my little brother until 8 years after I came along, so I was very exposed to sports and Tech football from an early age. My parents were Tech fans when you couldn't give football tickets away. I've been around so long, I have a Hokie Kid's Club pic with Jim Druckenmiller.

Should be a fun stretch of Tech football coming up. I'm going to Atlanta for the Bama game (obviously), I plan on going to the OSU game in Columbus and now I'll try to make the trip up to ND. And after that I can go to Wisconsin. Should be really fun, good scheduling.
