I love Hokie Tracks. I love when people have them walking up their cars, etc. I prefer the feet that aren't bumpy all around, but I like these helmets. *shrugs* sorry
I don't mind them. Kinda cool. And white out is stupid anyway. Our colors are orange and maroon. Not sure why we have to play 50% of our home games wearing some other color. So make white out as obnoxious as possible for all I care. Put a butterfly on the helmet.
There are other ways to raise money for charity via uniforms and accompanying t shirt sales besides changing our colors.

These are little TOO cartoonish. Put the gobble on there if we go away from the VT. From a distance, looks like arrows pointing backwards...

They certainly aren't my top choice.
However, when I saw the early photos of the black unis pre-Boise game, I actually thought they were some sort of elaborate internet joke. The black unis ended up looking pretty cool, especially the matte black helmets.
Maybe these will look better in action?

the argument for all the zany unis the last few years is that the kids love them, get all excited about them. now our guys will be walking out there hating what they have on and definitely not excited. they could prolly axe whiteouts all together, there's not nearly as much participation as with o/m effect.

Obviously, someone at ND looked at Maryland's unis last year and thought..."Wow!..I bet we can do better than that!" The golden domers are scheduled to wear this against Miami.
