Which freshman will play?

Andy Bitter had a good blog post this morning, "A look at the Hokies true freshmen and whether or not they'll get on the field this year".

Mine in order of likelihood:

  1. Donaldven Manning – Enrolled early, we're thin at corner, and Fuller's already said he's playing Whip against GT. Unless he gets injured, he'll see the field early and often this season.
  2. Joel Caleb – The receivers filling out the bottom of the depth chart are just as inexperienced as he is. Caleb is ultra-athletic and has the potential to be a difference maker.
  3. Trey Edmunds – Beamer, Cav, they've done nothing but rave about Edmunds. I think he wows everyone in camp and earns carries this fall.
  4. Joshua Stanford – He's talented, and Cav spoke very highly of him at his recruiting night. If I remember correctly Cav said he moved to Georgia from Canada and kind of flew under the radar. He's my dark horse pick.

What do you guys think, which freshman will see meaningful playing time?
