How bad do you want success in our football program? How bad does our football program want success?

It's a question that we ask every year before the season begins. Now, I know that we're two weeks in and this post probably should have been pre-season, but better late than never right? We all know we have an empty trophy case. We all know what that case's purpose is. The only question is how bad do we as fans, our coaches, and our players want that success?

Came across this video on one of my friend's Facebook pages. It isn't necessarily a football video or anything, but it does talk about how success is earned and how bad you want success is a factor in whether or not you achieve it.

It's a good watch. So here it is.

"We were at the pinnacle, and we did it for years," Foster says. He pauses, nods, takes a deep breath. "And I did it with the best guy in the business."
