Devin Wilson, a point guard from Mountour High School in the Pittsburgh area, tells me he has picked #Hokies basketball over GMason, St Joes— Mark Berman (@BermanRoanoke) April 15, 2013
Rivals.com lists him as a 3-star prospect, 6-4, 185 (http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/player-Devin-Wilson-1...).
Here's more from Mark Giannotto.
Devin Wilson is 6-4, takes place of Robert Brown on #Hokies roster. JJ told me Fri he wants to play more guard-heavy lineups next season.— Mark Giannotto (@HokiesJournal) April 15, 2013
Devin's highlights are below.
He was the Post-Gazette basketball player of the year and said this:
"When I got up there, I really liked the campus," Wilson said of Virginia Tech. "I think a bond grew with the coaches. Plus, to play very high basketball in the ACC is a great opportunity."
Devin's a multi-sport athlete, according to Doug Doughty he had 71 receptions for 900+ yards his junior year.
