Didn't see any other tips on this, so I figured I'd start something. I'm sure we all know Winston Jameis Winston got himself a Heisman trophy tonight. Thoughts?
Personally, I would have liked Andre Williams to win it, putting up those kind of numbers on a team where he's the only weapon is impressive, in my opinion. But the Heisman is all about flash these days, and so I understand why it wasn't him. I also think it's good for the acc not only to win the Heisman, but have multiple players there at the ceremony, etc.
That said, espn tweeted that Heisman winners are 3-5 in national championship games. It'd look a lot better for the acc perception to be home to the 2013 Heisman winner and national champion, as much as it pains me to say it.
