I found an article saying Winston could still play even if he is charged with a felony due to "FSU athletics code of conduct that allows for a player to avoid automatic suspension if extraordinary circumstances are present.
WTF is that.. That is such a joke, someone could be charged with rape and you are just going to give him a get out of jail free card and continue playing football. I'm sorry but Rape is not an extraordinary circumstances I am sickened by the fact that FSU is even allowing this so called rule to be in play.
But I guess that's what happens when you go to FSU, they don't really have the highest standards for their athletes.
What do ya'll think. I have included the whole article and would love for others to comment or we can all agree that its sad and there's no place for this in football or the world
