Much is known to us about our new coach with regard to his personality and track record. Not much however has been discussed around what style of play or recruiting strategy he brings that speaks to his success. I, and presumably many others, could use a crash course in the sport as well as what Buzz does and looks for in creating a formidable squad. Anyone here then willing to possibly step into a role of explaining some of these facets, namely any philosophy(s) used during his tenure at Marquette and how or why some players flourished under it?
