Brief bullets tonight as there are some other life things happening:
1) Sam Rogers got some work aligned as a tailback lining up behind Steven Peoples with the number 2 offense.
2) Evans got all the reps with the 1 offense. Brenden Motley appeared to be working with the 2 offense again and threw a touchdown pass to Devin Wilson. The biggest story? I didn't see Dwayne Lawson anywhere on the film. Jackson and Click were taking his repetitions.
3) Wyatt Teller "sat on" Woody Baron (not literally, but the OL coach yelled "sit on it" when Baron tried to bull rush and Teller stonewalled him.) Yosh Nijman threw Ekanem on the ground in his rep in pass pro, but it looked like Parker Osterloh had returned to right tackle in team work. Tyrell Smith had a win over starter Nigel Williams. Tim Settle looked like he was being stonewalled by Eric Gallo, and then beat him cleanly with a swim move back to the inside. Unfortunately Tim looked pretty immobile on some other reps.
4) Running backs appear to be Travon and Shai as the 1's, DJ Reid got a bunch of work with the 2's and Motley. McClease and Fox as the 2's and other QBs, with Rogers getting some work. Hbacks are Rogers, Durkin, and Cunningham (in that order.) I am not sure who is getting work done at the true Y spot- hard to tell from the film.
5) Ricky Walker continues to be a guy that gets my attention. He is generating some pass rush from that second group. Tyrell Smith is grabbing my attention with the second OL. He is winning in pass pro drills and is getting movement on inside zones.
