Athlete Tyjuan Garbutt (Fredericksburg, Va.) will announce his college choice Friday in a press conference setting at his high school, per his high school coach Tony DeMarco.
The time of the event has yet to be set up.
Garbutt will choose between finalists Virginia Tech and Pittsburgh.
