I read in the ESPN recap that Kidd left the court immediately after the game & didn't participate in the handshake line? Does anybody know why?
Fans were ragging on him pretty hard during the game. You could hear it quite a bit on the broadcast.
I actually was surprised they didn't give him more grief. He got a mild boo on the starter intro and every time he fouled people would clap loudly, but otherwise they left him alone. I'm sure the students would have had less mercy though lol.

Not true. He went through the line and made contact but no eye contact. He looked like he was in emotional pain the entire game. He got knocked to the floor on the tip off and never seemed to recover. Even during warmups he looked like he was fighting to remain in control.
