So this was released today. And I am honestly excited for the sequel.
On a side note and TKP related note: the trailer music definitely has potential to make a 2016 Virginia Tech Football Trailer this year....

At least they dealt with Will Smith not being in the movie pretty well. Just kill him off in a routine training excerise
I want to read the script that was written with his character in the event Will Smith agreed to do the sequel. I wonder how different it is, or if they just gave most of his lines and arcs to his son.

Just watched again Saturday night on HBO. Looking forward to the sequel. I thought Brent Spiner was killed by a tentacle neck wrap, but I guess he had to be alive so the alien could speak thru him. Of course, he is a droid. Ooops, different syfy show.
