Never thought I'd say this about the Redskins, but I think the way they handled this was a classy move. They could have just said that Scandrick wasn't as good as the rookies, but instead they chose to frame the move as giving him ample opportunity to find a new team. I still hate the 'Skins, but I gained a little respect for them this morning.

The reporters for 1067 The Fan yesterday said that Scandrick had already been relegated to second team reps and that he was showing his displeasure to anyone that would pay attention. They indicated that moving him out did have to do with the talent coming up behind him but also so he didn't negatively impact that same talent with his demeanor the way it was. There is word though that they are in talks with Antonio Rodgers-Cromartie again so hopefully Strohman and Alexander continue to work hard.
