I'm thinking of investing in one of those jackets that have 20+ pockets; my lifestyle takes me traveling quite a bit so i'm looking for a jacket that I can wear comfortably on planes that are stylish, functional, etc.
I've checked out a few already: Baubax 2.0 and the SCOTTeVEST jackets. I'm wondering if TKP has any thoughts one way or another on jackets such as these (or other brands)?

Which airline do you typically use?
Invest in a good, lightweight carry-on and travel light.
I don't know about the jackets, but I have seen videos of people who look like linebackers when they board a plane, but they're good fun.
Do it yourself travel jacket
I'm on the Star Alliance airlines, so usually any of those.
I do have a pull along, but I also want a jacket that easily holds all the stuff I need outside of that; think of it more of a replacement to my "backpack" that I have to take with my pull along rather than the pull along itself.
I owned one of them a few years back, when they were called "tech jackets" or "tech hoodies" with all the hidden, low-profile pockets.
Honestly I found them to be more complex than they're worth, but I'm a simple person when it comes to packing. A good lightweight backpack for under the seat, and a slim carry-on are my preference these days. Also makes it easier to go through security when you get picked for digging into bags.
