Has anyone figured out why VT has two separate Twitter accounts that are basically the same content?
I believe one was a fan run account that VT eventually took control of.

I think one of the accounts is used more for recruiting, but I don't know which one or why they need two separate accounts.
Under Beamer, the second one was a "Beamerball" account run by the coaches while the first was run by the athletic department. I think it's the same now but harder to distinguish without Beamer's name directly on it.
This is the correct answer. @BeamberBall became @HokiesFB and became the "recruiting" account that Guerry ran. Not sure who wields it now. Don't care as long as it's not Tweet Moris.
