He stated in the comments that the new seats go all the way up but didnt have info on capacity changes. Hopefully they can continue to modernize Cassell as per their plan while maintaining its character

Just re-sealing the concrete on the west side, like they did on the east in 2016?
Looks like it? I know they are small improvements and many more are needed, but it brought me a bit of happiness nonetheless
I would very much appreciate them putting the Orange and Maroon stripe around the top of the wall on the sidelines again. Without it, its just a boring concrete wall.
Rather than stripes, I thought they were going to possibly put Hokie Stone along the walls there. Or at least some sort of painted design.
Personally, I'd like to know more about this "top coat of pain".

Modern seats in Cassell actually makes a pretty big visual difference, and makes the place look a lot more modern than it really is.
Need to paint those corners with orange and maroon to disguise the empty seats.
