I'm in the middle of developing my own website and there are a couple of news sources I would like to incorporate for up to the minute news, and there are a few RSS feeds out there that exist out there, but for some reason they aren't considered valid, in the validator.
I would love to use something as simple as the google results that I can pull up in a news search, and there are ways to create RSS feeds through google.alerts, but even those RSS feeds don't actually work.
Is there any work around for this? Is there a newer version of the RSS Feeds I am just not finding. I'm losing my mind trying to figure out a way to make this happen.

I haven't used it, so I don't know its full capabilities, but the website/app IFTTT (If this then that) might be able to help you: https://ifttt.com/
I hope they don't die any time soon. I use Feedly to aggregate all of the RSS feeds from sites I follow (including TKP). I'm not sure how you are incorporating them, but can you post a few examples of the RSS feeds that aren't working for you?
I have figured out part of my issue.
I was getting an error on the validation website, so I never gave the feed the green light to publish. I just said screw it and pushed it through and it worked.
I am finding that the google.alerts rss feeds are just not pulling the data, even though there is data to pull. I am ending up with a blank page, thus, why I am getting that error at the top.
Does anyone know any work around for creating RSS feeds through a search engine? The google.alerts is just not working properly, and I have also tried google.news, which doesn't give you the ability to create RSS feeds.
I use feedly on my phone, I just don't want to pay $70 a year to be able to push other people articles out on my website. I am already getting them more clicks, by just having them there.
