This week sucked. This week is going to sit with us for a while and we're not going to look fondly on the coaching staff for the rest of this season. The present and future of this program doesn't look how we'd like it to but that doesn't change who we are. Everyone here is a god damn Hokie. While we sit on a loss that will take a long time to heal, it's Miami week, and we all want nothing more than to knock their heads off. So go Hokies, and fuck Miami.

Meh
Lol
In true hokie fashion, we will follow up an absolute bed shitting loss to an inferior team by trouncing one no one expects us to beat. So...yay?
Yes. I fully expect us to play a quality game next week. Fuente does his best coaching when his back is against the wall.
If only he didn't put himself in that position multiple times every single season
This year, the pattern definitely seems W-L-W-L... and Duke almost was a L.
I understand the sentiment but man idk if now is the time for this thread.
I will remain positive no matter how disappointed i am
I don't have time for the eight threads about the loss. So, I'm down for this one.
Down with the scUM.
If we lose by less than 30, I will consider that a win.
That's reasonable.
A live look at D'Eriq King after checking on the VT defense
todaythis season:Judging on past Fuente- VT will probably come out on fire and beat Miami just to make sure we are stuck in a football purgatory. I'd rather win the UVAh game... The L from UVAh last year sucked so bad I can't do it again
LETS GO
Not looking forward to watching King run rampant thru gaping holes all afternoon.

nothing would be more VT/Miami than VT winning. That wouldn't surprise me. But I don't think that will happen. I think Miami will run right through us like we're not even on the field. I don't think our offense will be good enough to compensate.
We don't beat ranked teams.
I mean, we did, once
Don't really care.
It truly pains me to admit this. If VT wins, I will be happy for the players. If VT loses, I won't care since it is what I expect now. I no longer expect VT to win at football, I expect them to find a way to lose. That is where I am at with the program. Still proud to be a Hokie, still hope for better days of VT football sometime in the future, but no longer think that CJF can get us there. Emotionally disconnected describes my current fandom. Miami is going to pay us back big time for last year imho.
