Personally I like the move because I have always loved this guy. I am hoping he can bring that magic to WFT and take advantage of a weak NFC east.
Veteran quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has reached agreement with the Washington Football Team on a one-year deal worth $10 million that could grow to $12 million with incentives, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday.

The issue is he's Fitzmagic for some of the season and Fitztragic for the rest.
...but Scary Terry looking really good for fantasy owners next year.
Wow he looks like another famous Harvard alum
Connor gonna lead the Redskins to the promise land! Actually if they get him another receiver and some help in the secondary they will probably be competing with the cowboys for the division.
The WFT is a QB away from being dangerous. That defensive line is MEAN.
With this signing they are still a QB away
HA! Thought the same thing....my next thought was Fitzmagic to WFT: WTF?
The garbage Eagles are gonna win the East next season.
It was a good move by the management there. A known quantity backup/starter who can mentor a younger QB. They have a cheap rookie that can either develop or flame out without much impact and can potentially take a second Rookie in the draft to develop.
Are the WFT management allowed to make good decisions???
Apparently, not since Bobby Beathard left the organization. I say this as a former diehard fan since George Allen's Over the Hill Gang in 1970. Thanks Dannyboy for destroying, burning and salting the earth of my childhood fandom. #firesnyder
Much more allowed to than Chicago. Andy Dalton, 1 year $10milly lolol
That's cheaper than what Chi-town paid for Mike Glennon.
Could have had Tyrod.
Nah he is making the smart play and signing in Texas where football is king...
... and Watson doesn't want to play.
Well see how long that lasts when he starts getting fined.
Or the Texans realize how dogshit their team is without Watson playing...
Are they going to notice with Tyrod there?
Not to mention his apparent legal shenanigans now, watch the Texans try to use that to get our of his guaranteed monies and cap casualties for cutting/trading him.
I am 90% sure the guaranteed money's are only if he shows up to play. Otherwise, they are fining him and not paying him. He has been hired for a job and is saying he won't participate.
