Morning TKP,
I updated some out of date back end software that powers TKP yesterday. For anyone who noticed the downtime, that was why. I woke up to the whole server down this morning, but I believe I figured that out. If anyone notices any bugs or anything off with their daily TKP use, please drop a note here.

That escalated quickly
they have pills for that now
Luckily I am not old enough to need that sort of help yet, though my 20 year graduation anniversary is in a few weeks so I guess that is not too far off...
I'm missing 120k or so Turkey legs, Joe. π
Would be a good April fool's day joke to pull on Alum, and put a new leader on the big board π
This is why it is literally every regulars job to download all alum's posts just on principle
Or...everyone could shamelessly upvote me relentlessly on every post to drive me up the board to the roof. Cause the ceiling is the roof.
So is it just me or do CS Grads notice a correlation between being a 'front-end' or 'back-end' person to the attraction of chests and booties
Na, Java script is a mess that only insane people can deal with (this include NodeJS too). But lots of sane people like boobies.
JavaScript is the devil, yet the devil pays good.
Wait, what?! This appears to be some kind of computer thing.
...I'll just check other places in the internet.

Noticed something new with this comment. On my phone and iPad the comment crossed out of the comment box into the gray area outside the box.
i also see that on desktop browser fwiw
to be fair, the comment did say "going a little deeper"
It's unrelated, but thanks. It's because the table was too big to fit in the allocated space so it overflow.
That's the fix.
And if anyone is on the fence about joining TKPC, joining would test to new registrations still work. π»
So something I just noticed, there are ads on the login page ... I assume they are a part of some common code, but it really struck me as odd that I have to watch ads during my login to a paid site.
Not a complaint, just observation
