Wild momentum swings in the OSU-Mich game. Between their ugly field turf shade and the snow, it looks like all the color saturation is gone from the broadcast.

Yeah it looks bleak. Playing a game in Siberia or something.

Snow game in Ann Arbor. Bowl bowl in Gainesville.

This Ohio State-Michigan game is off to an awesome start.

This Michigan-OSU game is shaping up to be a good one. I love watching snow football when I'm home and warm.

Would you like Prys with that?

How the heck did we ever lose to liberty?!

We took a page from Mike London's playbook.

To quote the Brothers Osborne: "I'm Good For Some But I'm Not For Everyone"

Know everyone is focused on OSU-Michigan, but obligatory from me... Cyclones!

I really hope no one missed Nebraska pissing down their leg yesterday. By far one of the most incredible ways to lose a game I've seen

(add if applicable) /s

It's crazy how they've found ways to lose so many close games this year.

I love Nebraska luckily not nearly as much as I love VT. The two schools are awesome, great programs but I appreciate VT just being bad. Holding onto hope all season for Nebraska hurt. They had 1 win in the B1G and a 0 point toal differential thinking of how that happens hurts my brain.

(add if applicable) /s

How do you go 1-8 in conference with a 0 point differential?

Beat Northwestern by 49 lose every other game by 1 score

(add if applicable) /s

Florida doing everything they can to not have a big lead right now. Three turnovers in FSU territory.

Justin Fuente got fired for exactly the same thing Mack Brown's team did last night. Just sayin'.........

Yeah but Fuente hasn't recruited anywhere near as well as also

If Fu was recruiting like Mack Brown he'd still be our coach.

Which makes that staffs Gameday coaching even worse. All that talent to win 6 games.

You just hate to see it

Holman Wiggins listed as an up and coming coaching candidate today during the UF/FSU broadcast.

Emory Jones might need to be tested for color blindness after his performance today. Yikes.

37 on FSU throws a punch to Shorter's face and doesn't get ejected. Amazing.

C'mon Michigan, just hold strong baby

No matter what happens in our game today is a great, glorious day simply for what Army did to Biberty.

Fuck Biberty.

If you play it, they will win.

2nd best thing to happen today!

A decade on TKP and it's been time well spent.

Wow. Michigan looks insanely good today. Harbaugh looking for that extension money after this win. Also, Henderson is so good. If only he stayed in state.

Fire Whit.

And wasn't Gatis, the Michigan offensive coordinator, one of those being mentioned as a target for our new coach?

Ut Prosim Ad Dei Gloriam

Related to the UNC game last night but watching Camron Kelly get torched several times in crunch time was *chefs kiss*

His goose was 1000% cooked.

Hold strong Michigan!

anOSU is down 15 with 5 minutes to go, y'all think Ryan Day will punt on 4th down?

If you play it, they will win.

"How the ass pocket will be used, I do not know. Alls I know is, the ass pocket will be used." -The BoD

Ha I thought the same thing.

Spoiler: he didn't.

Damn when did Michigan get GOOD good?

They've been good all year. Don't be fooled by Michigan state

So where does Michigan end up in next week's CFP rankings? They flat-out dominated OSU today.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

Well, OSU is out of the playoffs.

Knowing how much bullshit goes on with that selection committee, I'm not fully convinced you're right on that

I'm expecting 1. Georgia, 2. Michigan, 3. Alabama, and 4. OSU or ND.
NCAA wants a hard on for SEC vs. B1G/ND matchups.

They do, but even the NCAA has limits.

OSU is OUT.

After their selections in the past (including BCS before the CFP), I'm a bit more pessimistic.

So close to a perfect day of college football for me... VT beats LOLUVA, UM beats OSU, and Auburn was 30secs away from eliminating Bama.... so close...

edit: also Pedo St lost. How could I forget?

UGA, Michigan, Bama, Cincy I'm guessing

I'd have them at #2 without question. No chance Bama should be above them and I like Cincy but 4 is where they should be. And I think they handle whoever they play in the B10 CG

Assuming Bama handles Auburn comfortably I bet it's:
1. UGA
2. Michigan
3. Bama
4. Cincinnati

I don't like it, but that's what I'd assume happens

Alabama should be dropped out of the top 4 whether they come back and win this game or not.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

Wrong thread. D'oh.

Go Hokies and Go Chaos.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

And with VT's win over the Hoos, again, and Penn State losing, and getting to see 1 more Iowa State win yesterday, I feel like ...

Recovering scientist working in business consulting

Bama gonna do Bama. Fucking Auburn shits the bed after 58 minutes of controlling the game.

Somehow the committee will value this as a big time win. Luckily they play Georgia next week who should beat the rails off of em.

A decade on TKP and it's been time well spent.

That moment with 1:45 left, Auburn has the ball and all they have to do is burn clock and Tank Bigsby runs out of bounds to stop the clock. WTH.

Hear me out...

Dark blue and orange uniforms make you prone to bonehead mistakes, like running out of bounds and backward passes to left tackles.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

Not sure it's fair to relegate all of the blue and orange teams to the depths that it brings to the the club team from Charlottesville, but definitely two examples of very boneheaded plays.

I came to a personal realization some years ago. If your colors are blue and orange and you play college football, chances are I'm not gonna like your team.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

I just realized West Virginia gets to spend rivalry week sparring with Kansas.

Yikes.

I was talking to my Bama friend and asked him this rhetorically, but now I'm actually curious what the answer is: When is the last time you saw a college QB lead a 97ish yard TD drive with no timeouts under two minutes?

I think Bryce Young had his Heisman moment.

Okie State is going to cause their own demise. Gave up a safety and then muffed a punt into the end zone that Oklahoma recovered for a td. Not sure that the Pokes are going to survive those two big errors.

Now they missed a field goal. Hey, at least they probably won't throw a backwards pass to an offensive lineman with the game on the line

Blast, you beat me by about 2 minutes.

Recovering scientist working in business consulting

You added more depth than I did. Now Okie State just gets picked in scoring position. Wheels really falling off their wagon.

What is this game? Now OU muffs a punt at the 5 that Okie State recovers. Okie State looked down and out, and have a chance to take the lead

It's BEDLAM!

Says the announcer (rece davis?) chris fowler?

People still get Chris Fowler and Rece Davis mixed up?

You mean they're not the same person? /s

They are.

They're both Gary Oldman.

A decade on TKP and it's been time well spent.

Kind of disappointed to see Oklahoma State completely falling apart. Up 24-17 on Oklahoma near the end of the half and the offense playing well then:

Throws an interception that is almost run back for a touchdown.
Oklahoma ties it up anyway right before half.
Gets a safety against them on their first drive of the second half.
Muffs the punt and it is recovered for another touchdown,

Now down 24-33 and looking like the game is all but over. Maybe they can rally. I just really don't want Oklahoma somehow squeaking into the playoffs. Hoping for some new faces there with Clemson long gone, Ohio State gone now and hopefully Georgia finally beating Alabama next game.

Recovering scientist working in business consulting

Living in Columbia for a year and now in Charleston I just want to see USCe win. Clemson fans are rather obnoxious and also Lil Beams.

The Pokes keep killing their own drives and OU is taking full advantage of it.

What a drive by LSU.

Happy that Coach O can go out like this.

Whew lots of close rivalry games yesterday and today

Shane didn't get that memo this week.

OU - Okie state hell of a game

Bedlam is goin down to the wire. Such a great game so far.

Happy for the Pokes

"That kid you're talking to right there, I think he played his nuts off! And you can quote me on that shit!" -Bud Foster

THE POKES DID IT! THE CRAZY BASTARDS DID IT!

Amazing. I thought for sure they were done.

Recovering scientist working in business consulting

OSU defense won this game for the Pokes.

That OU freshman QB is a stud. Gonna be a force for a couple of years.

Bud Foster shoutout alert!! Herbie wrapping up Bedlam. Said Okie state was like a Bud foster defense full of blue collars dudes. The confusing part was he began that sentence by saying they didn't have many draft picks on the team tho?

Not all that confusing. Bud rarely had a defense that had multiple draft picks in any one class.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

After the summers bull shit of Oklahoma and Texas deciding they're too big for the BIG 12 Texas limped to 5-7 barely and Oklahoma had one of it's poorest seasons in a while all be it a higher level. BIG 12 commish will be lighting a stogie with a slight grin tonight I'd guess.

Directions from Blacksburg to whoville, go north till you smell it then go east until you step in it

... were there ANY games yesterday that DID NOT end with fans rushing the field?

Rivalry week.

You've got to love it.

Did Maryland fans rush the field when they beat Rutgers? I'm not sure they go to games, or that many folks were watching that game.

I'm more and more thinking that Oklahoma State could be playoff bound. After yesterday's win over Oklahoma, they could conceivably jump Ohio State (with their second loss), Notre Dame (who won but Stanford isn't a resume-building win), and I was about to say Alabama but then I remembered the Crimson Tide won.

Top four right now seems to be UGA, Michigan, Alabama, and Cincy.

I'm expecting UGA, Michigan, Cincy, and Ok St to win next week, giving Alabama a second loss and each team another quality win. Give me those four in that order in the playoff if it comes to pass.

If we can get that 4 in the CFP I'd be a happy man and watch all 4 games. If ND or Bama manages to sneak in even with a loss to UGA then this is all BS

I like that 4. I have no interest at all in seeing Notre Dame in the playoff. It all gets screwed up if Bama beats Georgia.

I would dare say that top 4 might make for the most interesting playoffs yet.

Realistically you have as options:
Georgia in win or lose most likely
Michigan in with a win. Loss is more interesting
Ohio St. 2 losses and no division title - out
Cincy - win and should be in but we'll see
Okie St - win and I have no problem with them making top 4
Bama - win and in. Loss and should be a hard out but who knows with that team/brand
Notre Dame - fuck em. Play in a conference and get the CCG.

Yep I think we are down to only those teams.

IN no matter what
UGA

IN with a WIN, LOSE and you're OUT
Alabama
Michigan
Cincy

IN with help
OkSt - likely in with a win against Baylor but would need UGA to beat Alabama or Iowa to beat Michigan. Lose and they're out

IN if everything goes your way, like UGA beating Alabama, Iowa beating Michigan, Houston beating Cincy, Baylor beating OkSt... Oregon beating Utah?
Notre Dame
Ohio State
Oregon
Baylor
BYU
North Dakota State
I dunno Pitt maybe who f*cking cares

Realistically it's UGA, Michigan, Cincy, and OkSt in my final four if they all win next weekend. If any of them lose then Notre Dame is probably the next team up since they have one loss, though I don't think anyone thinks they are playoff-caliber, I think they'd be competitive against a couple of those teams.

After that the potential two-loss teams would be Michigan, Ohio State, Baylor, OkSt, Oklahoma, Oregon, Michigan State, Ole Miss, BYU, Wake or Pitt. Knowing college ball, they'd probably give it to Ohio State and Oklahoma first but Oregon is the dark horse.

What an end to the regular season. I'm ecstatic for next week. I think all the games will go down to the wire.

I hope the committee gives BYU some love, they won the PAC12. Give em the Fiesta Bowl.
