Maybe it's for the best that Holmes was dismissed from the team. I'll be the first to say that I was surprised he was let go, but with this now, it sounds like he has some stuff to work out. I hope he gets it together.

I was wondering how someone "conspires" to commit rape. Unless they have a written checklist of their plans sitting under a role of duct tape, it seems like it would be tough to prove.
