So...it's been over 3 years since I've updated The GlossaryTM and I'm sure some funny stuff has become a thing since then. I haven't been able to be as involved here as I have in the past so I'm just going to crowd source this update. Please leave a comment below with the following and I will make changes when I dam well feel like it:
A) Your submission for something that deserves to be added to The GlossaryTM of inside jokes. Please include relevant links to "explain" it to new people.
B) Something that you think should be removed from The GlossaryTM as it has faded from our collective memories and will never come back.

I, for one, would appreciate an explanation of whatever "KROGERING" is
Kroger used to use the phrase "Let's go Krogering!" in a number of their TV/radio commercials. They were pretty prevalent in VT radio broadcasts (not sure if they still are or not).
There was quite a bit of VT-Kroger tie in while I was in Blacksburg. Not sure if that is still the case.
Considering that University "Mall" (and I use that term loosely) was really the ONLY shopping center in Blacksburg area when I was student in the mid 80s(the only thing between Christiansburg and Blacksburg on 460 was the Corning plant), Kroger was huge to us back then.
Same with me in the late 80s/early 90s. Although I personally preferred Food Lion once I had my car there. Okay, I admit it. Had a major crush on one of the cashiers at the Food Lion on North Main Street.

Fun fact: one time in high school, I rode with my buds all four windows down blaring GG Allin "Bite it you scum" specifically and solely to go to Food Lion and buy a few cases of Dr. Perky. Stuff's good.

Not sure what nudged me to check where Cam'ron Kelly is now, but I found that after transferring from Auburn to UNC in 2019, he transferred to UVA in January 2023, and then transferred 3 months later to Louisville. He played through UVA spring ball then got out as soon as he came in. Probably saw what was going on over there and said nope.

I just don't understand how UVA seems to have no quality control around anything related to their football program.
So many people had to be involved to put that drill together just like multiple people had to work on and approve the hydrate tweet. How do they not have a person that is able to say, "hey guys this might be a bad idea."
The position is not merit based or it is run by committee.
