This is exactly why I keep coming back here. Not just Joe, but the majority of posters are level headed and even-keeled. For the most part, each win is not met with "next stop National Championship!" and each loss isn't met with "the sky is falling!" The posters here have a firm grasp of reality.

Even other blogs have mentioned it. After the Duke loss, This Week in Schadenfreude had this to say:

Thanks y'all! Martin Rickman who asked me if I'd be willing to participate is a friend and terrific writer. He's one of the more relaxed voices writing about college football. Ugh, I'd say it's worse than that. Skip Bayless just runs on and on, and all Stephen A. Smith does is try and use every word he found in the dictionary/thesaurus in order to convince you that he's a genius despite saying absolutely nothing of substance.
