If Franklin chooses to leave he owes:
8M - Before July 15 2026
6M - Before Dec 15 2026
4M - Before Dec 15 2027
2M - Before Dec 15 2028
1M - Before Dec 15 2030
VT termination without cause, he's owed remainder, but does have offset language and obligation to seek employment (Not full Jimbo)

The #Hokies' salary for 10 full-time assistant coaches is $9.5M.
