Well, at least we got a first down. I really liked the play calls on the play-action zone read, Logan just overthrew Marcus Davis (badly). The pitch play to Gregory was pretty nifty too. Tech still can't crack the middle of the defense.

I think you're talking about the handoff where the RB ran by the blitz. I meant on the 3rd down play. There was a LB who was going to chase down the scrambing QB and he just fell on his face

We've watched some brutal offenses over the years, but this year's incarnation of the offense is just depressing.
This is worse than the 2006 edition.

I see no offensive improvement another 3 and out. Cant run the ball, no wr are open, logan throwing off his back foot and almost go picked on the 2nd drive
I know Davis is supposed to be fast, but I have yet to see him get behind anyone other than when someone missed a tackle last week.
RVD was in at whip on that play! Maybe our incessant lobbying has worked?

Great job by the 2nd team D preserving the shutout. And great play by Frye to break-up a sure completion. Though, RVD probably would have had his say about whether that completion would be "sure," as he was in the area and likely woulda laid that dude out.

I would have to disagree with you on this. The later the game got the more dominant FSU's defense became. Clemson got a lot of big gains on trick plays not using a standard offensive sets. On a side note FSU's offense looked scary.
what scares me
are transitive inequalities here...Are we going to hang 49 points on FSU? We probably could have on Saturday against BGSU...and yes, that is why they play the games, but dang.
