The #AskEmmert Q&A Is Going Poorly
Apparently the brain trust of Mike&Mike held a Q&A with Mark Emmert this morning, where listeners would tweet in questions. As the article says, many questions were of the torch and pitchfork variety. Some good laughs past the maroon text.

Yeah, I saw that too. I wonder what brought that up... It doesn't seem like something he'd say on his own
Yes, there is a big witch-hunt going on right now to bring down the NCAA in any means possible, but at the same time, those siding with the athletes are getting very, very close to overplaying their hand and having the whole thing blow up in their face.
...and the top comment on that article is a straight up comparison of NCAA amateurism to slavery. It's good to know so many people on the internet are experts in socioeconomics and talented comedians.
I still love deadspin, but the commenting has gone to shit since they changed up the system. The "top comment" algorithm is awful
