Set to announce this Thursday. Seems to be a two team race between us and USC now. Surprising since UT has been the team to beat for practically his whole recruitment. 2 crystal ball predictions for him to VT on 247 today makes me feel moderately optimistic heading into Thursday.

3 now and it's probably only going to get higher and higher by Thursday. The Crystal Ball has had a reverse effect on VT in the past so I'm not going to declare him a VT lean but I like our chances.
That's a big deal. There was a strong family connection to UT, I believe.

A good friend who is as militant a Tennessee football fan as they come said that Tennessee (who already has received commitments from two 4 star OL) was awaiting the September announcement of a OT prospect from Memphis before they took Clark. Essentially, they had "offered" him a scholarship rather than OFFERING him a scholarship. Again, I can't document it, but if there is one person I trust about Tennessee football, it is my buddy.
I don't know if that is good for VT, good for USCe, or perhaps he picks Tennessee and they decide to withdraw an offer to another kid. The Vols are in the mix for a ton of elite players, and they only have I believe 9 spots left.
Yep he could end up at UT but in all likelihood will be picking from VT and USCe on Thursday and he has already made up his mind on where he is going.
Let's hope he decides to stay close to home so his family&friends can come watch him play.
