Left the game injured. I didn't even see him play

Gobble Gobble!

and now I've lost interest.

Yeah way to go throw your projected starters out on special teams during preseason. Yeesh

Gobble Gobble!

He got hurt on the opening kickoff

Hopefully, they are just being overly cautious because it is just preseason.

He walked off unassisted and didn't even look to have a limp. My guess is that if it was a real game, he be taped up and sent back in.

As a Bears fan and a Fuller fan, I'm ticked they had him in for special teams like this. There are plenty of other guys in lower rounds and FAs that are trying to earn a spot that could have been in for the kickoff. The way they talked about Fuller's presence on the team, hes the next guy in line to succeed two very well seasoned veteran cb's in Tillman and Jennings. Although they played most of the game last night, I have no doubt the Bears expect Fuller to be in for many plays, especially 3 cb options this year.

He's no good to me dead.

He's the projected 3rd corner. I'm not surprised to see him on special teams since he'll probably be playing there some during the season.

On a related note, did anyone keep watching long enough to see Stephen Morris throw the game-clinching INT?

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

I saw that. I had to rewind the DVR to make sure that was his squinty face. His legacy at daU holds true in the NFL.

The point is that this time they're definitely back.

AND they're still putting players in the NFL..

Anyone else notice that espn used Monday night football graphics through out the game? I was on a flight the whole game, and I lost my sanity cause I couldn't check if it was live and espn's mistake or re-run.

Even in the TV listings they called it Monday Night Football. I think it has more to do with the fact that they named their broadcast as such, not because of the night the game was played.

They can't legally call it Thursday Night Football because of NFL Network and (I presume) CBS.

Yes^
What is up with this?!
Thursday night NFL game being called 'Monday Night Football' due to legalities/contracts, etc.
Have we all just lost our senses?
My brain hurts.

rant over.

At the very end, they even verbally exclaimed "This concludes our broadcast of Monday night football". I was very confused but figured i just heard it fuzzy between the lateness of the hour and number of my beers.

He's no good to me dead.

Does this surprise you in the country where Local Larry's Auto Emporium can be sued for advertising a Super Bowl Sale?

Leonard. Duh.

Yes, they were teasing all day yesterday on SC that they had found a way to change the day of the week to suit their schedule. Apparently the announcers also thought that it was funny having Monday Night Football on Thursday.
