He's the only player on the All-American list that didn't make the tournament. If he put up the same numbers on a tourney team, he would be at least 2nd team no question. Just shows how the voting process is nothing more than a beauty contest.

I'm as big an Erick Green fan as anybody else, but I don't think we should complain... just be happy for the guy! Even being 3rd team All-American means that basketball writers felt he was one of the 15 best players in the nation this year - still an incredible honor, even more so when you factor in that our team was 13-19 (with 14 ACC losses!).
