Totally Subjective, Way Too Early Playoff Picks

I've seen each week that the fine folks over at ESPN put out their bowl prognostications, to include their playoff picks. Naturally, I thought, "hey it's a Monday, the guys on TKP are probably gonna want something random and ultimately meaningless to discuss to get though their workday." We're also through 1/4 of the season, so we have exactly enough of a sample size to come to some totally wrong conclusions. With that said, post your CFP top four based on what you've seen so far, with or without justification. I'll start:

1. Michigan State. Legit QB; balanced, albeit boring, offense designed to control the game; defense seems solid as ever; well coached; schedule is a joke.

2. Texas A&M/ Leonard Fournette/ Ole Miss. Honestly, I have no idea who's gonna win the SEC West, but assuming they have 2 losses or less, they're in. The Aggies learned defense, Leonard Fournette is an absolute monster, and Ole Miss has incredible receivers that create their own luck, a ballsy head coach, and a defense that is overwhelmingly fast. This division will be fun to watch, especially if the state of Alabama gets put back in its place.

3. TCU. Every week, Trevone Boykin improves. Starting off ranked high means that it's their playoff berth to lose. Easiest route to undefeated of any team on this list, and they'll score a ton on everyone because defense is against Big XII bylaws.

4. VT. And there goes any semblance of credibility I had. But hear me out. Our offense is now able to put up points, and seems to actually want to do so. Our defense will continue improving despite some concerns so far. Beamerball is back. And the ACC is kind of a dumpster fire. I am of course assuming that we win out, that Notre Dame's injuries and scheduling doom them, and that the Pac-12's parity manages to make it irrelevant in the title hunt. But those are all sort of realistic. So those are my four. What are yours?
