The first drawing is a parody of the poster linked, comparing the enviable and typical rivalry situation of the Buckeyes (comparable and competitive rival) with ours (objectively not that).

The second one shows an over-excited goofball in the middle of nowhere inconceivably being delivered the best thing that ever happened to him. Purdue vs VT: Great deal for them, disappointing matchup for us.
