Exum Running on the Treadmill

This looks like a promising sign.

Kind've looks like he's running while strapped into a parachute

Weight belt, probably 40 lbs- that's a good sign cause that ain't easy.

'Its easy to grin, when your ship comes in, and you've got the stock market beat,
but the man worthwhile, is the man who can smile, when his shorts are too tight in the seat'

mmm, I'm pretty sure that's a grown man version of this

exum

I think it's supposed to reduce the pressure on his knee, while slowly building it back into game shape.

Beast. No injury can keep him down for long.

This is very promising. But here's my deal: if he's not 100 by #beatbama would it make sense to rush him back for western carolina, ecu, and marshall? GT is week five and outside of bama, that's when we'll really need him moving forward. Not to discount ecu and marshall completely because we've had some competitive games with them over the years (and a loss) but I hope we don't risk him for those games if he's not ready. If he's ready for bama, then perfect.

Definitely wouldn't rush him back for WCU if he isn't ready for Bama, but ECU and Marshall would be good warm up games for him to get the cobwebs off and get back in game shape.

Depends on the reserves Riley and Manning. If they're not ready, ECU will throw the ball down their throats. But of course, if Gayle and co do their job on the D-line, it may not matter who is standing in at corner when the quarterback is constantly on his back. Bring Exum back when he's ready, regardless of opponent. Also, it would be best for Exum to get a game or two in before hitting the bulk of the ACC schedule.

completely agree with you guys about the warm up games

Was I the only one expecting to see the Exum-horse running on a treadmill?

Rip his freaking head off!

I was about to ask why he wasn't using the other two legs. Just ask Katherine to get off his back, go over to the stadium woods, and use the magic of the ancient growth trees to rebuild the knee.

i was about to make the same comment

Taylor, looking desperately throws it deep..HAS A MAN OPEN DANNY COALE WITH A CATCH ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE FIVE!!!!....hes still open

I think of two things when looking at that image:
1. The Rocky theme song. Can we get an Exum physical therapy/training montage set to that?
2. This...

#Centaur

I support Logan Thomas and make no apologies for it.

Ok, this calls for some creative work from our TKP crew...Box, there's gotta be a way to merge Exum and the horse on a treadmill vids.

Take the shortest route to the ball and arrive in bad humor.

Don't forget Sammy Watkins. His feelings might get hurt if he isn't in Exums baby carrier. We should get him in there too.

So perhaps a conglomeration of Exum the centaur on the treadmill, with a child safety seat behind K. Webb, w/baby Sammy in tow?

Take the shortest route to the ball and arrive in bad humor.

Yes I like it. Can the Tow have the words "Exum DayCare Service" written on the side. You got that Box or Charlotte Hokie. Another Masterpiece please.

With the experience the backups are getting, and the last few recruiting classes there is little reason to worry about our secondary in the coming years.

That being said, I hope Exum is able to start from where he left-off last year in his final season.
