Pete Hughes, head coach of the Hokieball team, tweeted earlier that he had a heart attack a couple nights ago. Did he sit and wait around for the ambulance like a little girlie-man? Not a chance. He drove himself to the hospital and is now fine, thanks, he says, to a "What Would Chuck Norris Do?" bracelet. Could it be that the stress of leading the Hokies to their best season in program history while facing just about every conceivable obstacle to success finally got to him? Possibly. All we know is that we have one darn #Hokietuff coach. Coach Hughes, here's to a quick recovery and some well-earned R&R at some point this summer.
