This article probably doesn't carry any weight whatsoever (never, ever heard of it), but it's been floating around today that Tech is getting rid of Enter Sandman. Any truth to this? PLEASE tell me this is a load of bull...
EDIT: Ahem...well. There's my stupid moment of December...I wondered why it hadn't shown up yet. Still haven't met my quota yet, so never fear, you may get another chance to laugh at my pathetic intellect.

You should definitely believe that article. The Black Sheep is a very well respected campus publication.
But it says on their website that they're the leading HUMOR and social website...this is the kind of thing that some joker would find comical, not a leading sports writer/someone with true inside knowledge. Plus, "Achy Breaky Heart"...seriously?
You didn't pick up on the sarcasm....there are 0 serious articles written by The Black Sheep....its satire like The Onion.
I did wonder if it was sarcasm, the reason I did not take it as such is because, like I said above, there are tons of people saying Sandman is gone. Hence why I asked. If one or two people say it it's no biggie, but when I hear two dozen or so say it is, it's easier to believe....
"This is a load of bull". There, and my upvote brought you back to even, since I believe you were honestly worried about this, but examples of dozens, hundreds, even tens of thousands of people believing things that aren't true are available if you look for them, so tune out the ignorant and chill!

Except it's not funny.
you forgot the "/s".....very dangerous......
Because that would go over well
I'm gonna go with the "I won't dignify that remark blah blah blah". If I'm not mistaken, the AD got rid of "Stick It In"', so I'd imagine that Whit would be the one who would change the entrance song and he's batting 1000 right now, don't think he would swing & miss on Sandman. Yeah, yeah, baseball terminology but still........
Maybe just change the name of the thread to Fuente to Replace "Enter Sandman" with "Achy Breaky Heart" and add a "satire" tag.
Don't think OP knew it was satire. Don't deny his pussy touchdowns.
Don't you people see the dangers of not putting "/s" on the end of comments?????
Too far, some things shouldn't be joked about
Maybe we are replacing it with a new High Energy FuFighters song!! Coach Fu and the FuFighters

He is from Virginia...just sayin
Dude I came home from school one year to take my little brother trick or treating. Randomly went to this very nice house, rang the door bell and was completely flabergasted when he answered the door and gave away full size candy bars. He gave this little grin and said yep, it's me, happy Halloween and closed the door...
I loved telling people that Dave Grohl dropped out of my high school, but turns out he transferred to Paul VI and THEN dropped out. It was pretty hard for me to realize the truth, particular when I'm normally such a stickler for getting my info exactly correct.
What a glorious mane that guy has. Always upvote Dave Grohl
OK OK, so my pathetic excuse for a brain panicked last night...I have but one measly excuse: Finals.
My brain was fried last night from studying, and I had kept hearing people say (some online some face-to-face) that it was going...my brain, having too much to think about decided to jump on the stupidity train...that's what I get for no coffee.
Sorry fellas...made myself out to be a pretty good ass here...
The best part about the article in question is that it's followed up by "Top Holiday-Inspired Sex Positions."
it's an innocent mistake. The Black Sheep came out in my senior year on campus and since then has found a niche as the Onion of campus periodicals.
Nothing lasts forever, and it should not. Boldly go into the future...maybe the theme from Star Wars. ;-)
Uh, wait a minute. You only have one stupid moment a month?
I have one Premier Stupid Moment that overshadows all others. Think of it as The Epic Brain Fart of the Month. If I only had one stupid moment a month I wouldn't be driving a 2002 Chevy Silverado if you get my drift...
