For those of you looking to see where Virginia Tech will end up in the NIT, ESPNU will be running a selection show tonight at 830 PM. Most analysts show us getting a three seed. Could face Trevor Thompson and Ohio State in the second round possibly. Either way, just one more piece to avoid the dreaded "offseason".

What a terrible move. Any kind of postseason play gets the kids in the gym together.
When your best kid only cares about getting out without injury the other kids don't matter as much.

My kids went to a JJ camp and he was awesome.. in fact, he impressed me the most out of all the recruits that year. Dont get me wrong, all of them including Devin was great but Trevor was polished kid.
I realize he didnt stick w Buzz but he is solid kid.
Played with him at McComas all the time. No one could stand him. Very lazy. People would leave the gym just because he would ruin the games.

Could be a long trip for that second game if BYU does its job and knocks off lower seeded UAB. Let's hope for the upset there. I am having a hard time finding a bracket for the NIT, screen shots from the selection show can be found in link.
