Meta: TKP Outage

TKP's hosting company suffered a "temporary network outage" and TKP was down for a few hours. I am told it should be fine moving forward, but that's rarely the case. Hopefully all will run as smoothly as normal. (I honestly can't remember the last time the site went down. That guy who coded all of this and configured the heck out of MySQL did an OK job.)

The messed up thing about this is that the cable guy was up the pole changing filters, and of course my internet dropped. Then he thought he was done, but the cable modem wouldn't sync. A couple more trips up and down, and he got it sorted out and left. 5 minutes later I couldn't reach TKP and was about to call the cable company to open a trouble ticket.

I got clued in when out of habit I used the internet to look up the cable co. phone number.
