SO was the Skyline in the TV what was really outside of a "window"? This prank would only work if the Skyline was actually what would be directly behind the wall. I Want this TV for football.

That's a good question. My first response would be yes. However, some people are so oblivious to there surroundings and add the stress of a job interview, some might not now either way. I would venture to say that is a skyline view of the current city, but unknown if that's the actual view from that office.
