Robin Hood touches very strongly on the theme of resisting a greedy oppressive government.
The Lion King is very much a coming of age story about growing up, leaving attitudes behind, and stepping into the roll and responsibilities of an adult.
I probably lean slightly towards Robin Hood, but it's pretty close in my mind.

On a sidenote, in the film Mousehunt, Nathan Lane's character used that exact phrase [Hakuna Matata] when greeting the prospective buyer from Saudi Arabia.
