Like all of you, I live and breathe Virginia Tech football. When they win, it makes my week and when they lose my week gets a lot worse. But today I'm not going to let this loss ruin my week. I'm going to pretend that it never happened. Yeah a lot of people might talk trash to me about Tech this week, and deservedly so, but I'm just going to ignore them. I advise that all you do the same. I'm going to enjoy my week, I'm going to enjoy watching football today and tomorrow, and I'm going to enjoy the rest of the season. BEAT BC. GO HOKIES!

Its funny that you brought up trash talk, my brother who is supposed to be a Tech fan but seems to have all but abandoned them since last season texted me not 30 seconds after the game ended saying "thats Thomas for ya" I wanted to reach through the phone and strangle him. For the past 13 months and counting all I have heard from him when I bring up the Hokies is "Tech Sucks".
Me- "Hey dude the Hokies are looking good this season we are on a 6 game win streak and have the best defense in the nation you should get your head out of the 49ers asses and take notice"
Him- "they haven't played anybody and Thomas still sucks 3 OT against Marshall and close game with ECU come on man Tech sucks".
Just to give you guys an example of what I have to deal everytime I see him which is about once a week.
I'm just gonna go about my week as normal and act like the loss never happened and not even bring up Tech anymore this season to him and yes I'm venting, it just really irks me that my brother is going out of his way to text me and talk trash about losing to duke after Iv tried to tell him we are getting back on track after 2012 7-6.
TBO he made me more angry than the loss cause we can still make it to Charlotte folks!
