It's still two months away (4/21 4:00PM), but I think a lot of us will be in Blacksburg for the spring game so let's figure out plans to meet up. Tailgate or bar, before or after the game, toss out your suggestions so we can figure this out.
4/19/12 Update: Pending some horrible, horrible weather there will be a TKP tailgate. It'll start at 11:30 AM behind the south end zone. I will make a note on this post with the exact location after I arrive. I'm going to buy a grill, I believe there will be a canopy in case of lots of rain. There will be flip cup. I will buy a moderate amount of beer, food and liquor. Obviously if 100 people show up, I won't be able to support that. So if you come, 1) leave a note below so I can get an idea of how much space we need, 2) please bring food (read meat and cheese), liquor or beer to share. Also, if you have any awesome tailgating supplies (tables, chairs, games) consider bringing them. Thanks! Looking forward to it.
4/20/12 Update: Because of all the rain, I'm not bringing a grill, so don't bring meat. There will be BBQ and sandwiches from SSII. Please still bring chips, beer, and bourbon.

I tailgate every year before the spring game and would definitely swing by TKP meetup.
I'll be there for alumni weekend either way, and am definitely down to meet up.

My wife just asked me if I wanted to go this year. Her cousin teaches at Tech, so we got a place to stay for the weekend. We live in PA and kids are off school that Friday, so it will work out good. I would love to meet some other super Hokie fans in person. Someone will have to post the particulars of where and when and I will be there.

Since its my first spring game, does anyone know if you are allowed to bring snacks (juicebox, chex mix, etc)

They are in the works, but the weather will have to participate. If there's better than a 50/50 shot it'll be by the south end zone.
I'll be there! Family is big on Relay for Life, going to visit the event then spend the night in Dublin where rooms are cheaper. May head to DW's signing session at the bookstore then head on over to the stadium.
Last time I checked, there is 80% chance of rain in Blacksburg on Saturday. I'm guessing the bars will be more packed than the parking lots. I'd possibly be down for a meetup, but I'll be with a group, so just depends if they are going to be willing to move from one place to another.
