Now that he is no longer with USC-w can we please make room for him on the coaching staff. Would be an absolute great hire. Guy is a stud in recruiting, and players love him.

Pretty sure he's gunning for a head coaching job and I saw somewhere that he already applied for the vacant position at FAU.
If Stinespring leaves for JMU, then sure - there will be an opening. Hmmm... The way EO can market Loeffler and Grimes to recruits ... Some possibilities exist.
He's a D-line coach and recruiting coordinator. He makes $650,000/year. You're asking to fill a non-vacant coaching spot and pay the man more than Bud Foster? Umm... try smoothing that over.
Ya I realize his salary but we need to be stronger in recruiting and I think he could do that.
just because he's a big name, doesn't mean he would fit in with beamer and the culture frank has made here.
Just because he a heckuva recruiter on the Left Coast doesn't mean he's gonna be effective back East.
Then let him recruit the hell out of the Left Coast for us....its not like they aren't recruiting here. Stanford has gotten at least two or three top end talents from here in VA the last couple years as have others.
(Not that I realistically see any chance of him being on our staff next year)
VT isn't getting any top flight guy from the west coast.
stanford is an uber elite university.
orgeron has recruited the whole nation at usc, tenn and ole miss. that's not the issue. their are too many to even name.
Yeah seriously. Have the people advocating Orgeron ever read about him? Do a little research... wild boyz Coach O was on Kiffin's staff for a reason. I'll pass on having a gorilla mascot on our staff though.
He is the antithesis of what I want on this coaching staff. He is a bag man, a recruiting closer, and an unethical one by all accounts. Don't let him near the program.
Was just about to say this. IIRC he was notorious at Ole Miss for giving scholarship offers to kids who would never in a million years be eligible academically.
