Maple syrup. (The real stuff, not Aunt Jemima.)
Also, I know you said you do ginger ale, but try a Kentucky mule. Bourbon, ginger beer (different than ginger ale) and fresh lime juice.
Did you honestly just equate emergency responders to playing division 1 football?
If it's honestly not obvious to you, I'm with the players, period. The ones who choose to forgo the bowls to prep for the draft, great. The players who choose to view bowl participation as an obligation, great. I'm for the players deciding how and when they play and approach the game. I support the players' exercise of individual choice in how they fulfill their contract with their school to play football in exchange for a free education.
Islay scotch smells like a band-aid and tastes like a campfire.
I'm with the players.
I didn't realize how much I needed this in my life until now.
I've been on the hunt for Pappy for about three years now. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever taste the stuff.
I'm usually an Islay guy when it comes to scotch, but I'm a big fan of Aberlour. It's about the smoothest of the Speyside scotches I've tried.
Didn't they sub in basically all their bigs in the second half?
Zang!
Based on the outcome of the aTm game, this doesn't make me feel good.
It depends on whether that Uniques tab means unique visitors or unique views.
Unique visitors is what it sounds like: the actual number of individual visors the site received.
Unique views is a Google Analytics tool that measures page views within a session, but doesn't count reloading the same page multiple times. A session is basically a visit to the site, and I think a session is considered to end 30 minutes after the last page on the site was loaded by a user.
So in your example of 7 visits in a day, that would contribute one unique visitor, and 7 unique views of each page you viewed during each visit, if at least 30 minutes passed between the end of each visit and the beginning of the next. Additional reloads of individual pages during your visits wouldn't inflate either the unique visor count or the unique views.
The fact that we're getting good press out of this situation proves how damn good Whit Babcock is.
Is that show live? If not, it probably filmed before news broke. Even if it's live, might have broken so close to air that they couldn't comment on VT's involvement.
If you have a source that it was Torrian Gray, you should cite it.
If you don't have a source it was Gray, you shouldn't implicate him. In the aftermath of a bombshell announcement with minimal details, this is exactly how rumors get started.
Welp. Here we go.
World's Greatest Detective
I am STILL pissed we didn't get an HBO series, with each episode being a different interview subject. Then over the course of the season, the story slowly comes together.
This is a...bizarre summary of the game I just watched.
Unexceptional? Mostly forgettable? Ole Miss just threw everything they had at us, and every time they threatened, we found a way to hold them off. And I'll remember this performance by Chris Clarke for a long time.
WHY DO YOU INSIST ON CRUSHING MY DREAMS!!!!
I am hopeful this second thread has been created because there is expected to be some significant recruiting developments soon, which will need a new thread.
Success.

Hallefuckinglujah.
We've come full circle.

There's a ton of recipes for an Old Fashioned that uses maple syrup instead of sugar, but I prefer it without the orange and bitters. About a teaspoon of syrup for every ounce of bourbon. More to taste.
Aaaaand edit: yeah, a "mule" is just a cocktail with a liquor, ginger beer and lime. There's Moscow mule (vodka), Kentucky mule (bourbon), Lynchburg mule (Jack), Dublin mule (Jameson or other Irish whiskey), etc. Kentucky mules are my favorite because of the natural combo of bourbon and ginger.
