Ugh. This just in....Michigan and Pittsburgh are ass again. Thank God this pickem is over this week.
I initially didn't re-up TKPC because my membership started around the holidays, and I needed that money one year for Christmas. Then, the falloff happened. I just wasn't as invested in Tech football (and to an extent basketball). I kept watch from afar, sickened that we had become a laughing stock.
But with the hiring of James Franklin, there's energy and hope again.
Thank you Joe for opening things back up at the start of this hopefully fun ride!! I'll be rejoining TKPC after the holidays for sure!!
And this is why I hate divisionless conferences with more teams than games scheduled.....

How does UVA win the tiebreaker if there are 4 teams at 6-2 if we beat them? If SMU loses to Cal you would have 5 tied at 6-2.

Miami 6-2
Pitt 6-2
UVA has no head to head record against those 5 which says everything about the strength of schedule.
Not as good 2nd Quarter but still up 44-33. Daley with 18 points on 7 for 8 shooting.
Wenzel and Freelon again unstellar half.
Freelon was 1 for 4 and 2 turnovers but had 5 rebounds. Wenzel 2 for 6, 0 for 2 from 3 and 2 turnovers.
Would have been an awesome loss, but they turned it around.
I think I read that Virginia is in regardless now, with Pitt looking at no chance of beating Miami?
