Does anyone know what's going on with .91 WR Davion Brown? He's #6 composite in VA and decommitted from PSU the day after Franklin was fired.
That 33 ranking includes Adrian Hamilton staying. He's likely to flip to Michigan, so taking him out and adding all these puts us at #40 from #124 currently, and #9 in the ACC from last currently.
