I'm good with more variety and the script Hokies is a good wordmark that should be used far more often in our branding.
But I do wish it was white lettering with an orange outline.

I'm not his biggest fan but I certainly think he can raise the floor tremendously. Truthfully, it's probably as good of a known quantity as we can get. This turned out to be a bad year for trying to find a coach in all the chaos.
I just hope we can go back to being relevant. In my trips to Lane this year the juice is still there. We just need a team that can compete at a high level.

I am not sure about UNC. 1) they are showing signs of life and should have won the last 2. 2) Belichek's contract is probably iron clad and I am not sure they want to pay him 50 million to go away.
His X bio says he's a "ball knower." Must be legit lol.
Not sure if insider or just throwing stuff against the wall, but I'm feeling cautiously optimistic at this point. Think there's a lot of mutual interest and this is mostly just classic last minute agent work trying to see what else he can get for his client. If this drags on for a week or more though with nothing official, then I'll get worried.

There have been a lot of script helmets in CFB this year and I feel like they are a bit overdone. These look nice, but I feel like every weekend I am seeing someone with a script something.
Bring back the fighting gobbler or TV

The metallic orange script with the metallic orange facemask is fire.
This is our third second script helmet this year. I would like a little more variety. I like the script, but I want some T in the V, gobbler, and TECH with VA silhouette alternates too.
Happy to see we finally started using orange facemasks this year. I think they look even better than expected with these uniforms.

The numbers above are only NIL. Do not include the revenue shares. Almost all the programs are committing around $15-$17M of revenue share to football.

Franklin isn't signing with VT now. He knows that UK, Auburn, NC St., and UNC could all come open so he's going to wait and see what happens.
We can all say whatever we want about the pros/cons of this hire but the reality is this would be a serious upgrade for us over Fuente and Pry and would help stabilize and legitimize a program that is reeling and trending hard negative. I hope this happens.
