Big "if"
Good drive to open the half. Now think about what worked and what didn't. Do more of the stuff that worked.
Red zone collapse again...
If only we had a mechanism for replay and review...
...and procedure penalty.
One single person picked Air Force, and they got it right
Did an elbow hit out of bounds before his knee did? I thought the tackle carried him all the way out of bounds.
Ref is chasing down the defender to warn him but didn't flag him....clear Defensive PI
All these drones throws feel late
Central Missouri is not in the MAC, big fella
When the WR can't get his arms up...it's PI
Yeah, but the problem everyone had was him making a choice of football coach. They announced the search committee and his name was not on the list. Therefore he is not having any sort of influence on the coaching hire, so we got what we wanted without him having to go anywhere. Plus, the timeline would be kind of screwed up if we had to hire a new AD with that whole process and wait for it to finish before then beginning the process to hire a new coach.
Having Whit on board without him making the coaching choice could just be to give time to find a transition in a new AD. The most time sensitive hire is the football coach, so it gives the administration more time to decide on a new AD.
OR, if he isn't making the choice on football, do you keep him and just hire a phenomenal fundraiser? Is there a place for him if he isn't hiring the football coach?

Good call :-). But she is an only child.
It's a long season. The team will need to whether highs and lows (a lot of lows).
Looks like a lot of people left on TV.
BC, Pitt, Stanford for sure. Hell auburn might prefer him.
The better question is how good could Drones be with a better line and a better offensive coach.
And to top it off, my daughter is rooting for Wake Forest.
There's time to edit the will
From the stadium, if this new administration wants money, they have a huge problem for fans.
Terrible concessions, zero network, WiFi doesn't work, and generally sub par experience.
This isn't a charity. It's a product well beyond results on the field, and it's comically bad.
You can still decide to run the ball. It either forces them to call timeouts or the clock runs. They scored with 10 seconds left and no timeouts. Didn't have to alter it much. Receiver on the 3rd down play has to know to kneel down instead of running out of bounds as well. These are the same dumb mistakes as last year where 5 of our 6 regular season losses were directly related to decisions in final two minutes of first half.
Last week was encouraging. This game is the opposite.
Okay VT, let's see a nice long drive down the field, score the TD to shift the momentum.
And who is the idiot CW analyst saying Tech needs to get their passing game going? You need a decent pass blocking line and an actual QB to pass the ball, not an athlete or running back pretending to be one. Run the damn ball!

At least we almost tried to run once and are still afraid to throw the ball into the EZ.
