Leggette was the backup first baseman. Leggette as a Sophomore played in 31 games, hit .328, 4 HRs, 15 RBI, and 4 walks in 67 at-bats.
Jones was a Utility Infielder as a Freshman but played in 26 games. Hit .250, 4 HRs, 12 RBI and drew 11 walks in 60 at-bats.
Ah geez, you asked for a nominee and I ignored you. I've been very busy at work and this just slipped my mind. Who has already gone?

# | UT and Vandy could get kicked from SEC if they opt-in to new Tennessee State Law It's not opting out of state laws, it's agreeing to the oversight of the College Sports Commission which as a requirement means agreeing to allow that commission to handle NIL and Revenue Sharing oversight.
Honestly though screw Tennessee and all their legislators. They purposely passed a bill that would allow them to violate all conditions of the House Settlement. They essentially created a checklist of what the Settlement called for and made their law to counter every stipulation. I would love the SEC to boot Vandy and UT.
The main sticking point is that any Power 4 school that doesn't opt in to the Commission will be blacklisted from scheduling any games with other Power 4 schools as the schools that opt in will be barred from playing them. The agreement also apparently will prevent any school that doesn't opt in from receiving television revenues from their conference/NCAA.
Not sure it would stand up in court but would be absolutely entertaining to see Tennessee athletics implode.
I got to play some early MW5 demos, in a semi "pod" simulator experience. It was clunky, but darn if it wasn't cool as heck.
I'll also never forget being in the room when they announced MW5. They had the audio cranked up and the reactor startup had the floor vibrating. It was so awesome.

Ultimately, even though it didn't end how I pictured it, as a battletech nerd it was just the coolest thing every year to go to Mechcon. And so much nostalgia, even just getting to meet George Ledoux (the voice actor behind Duncan Fisher, the announcer from Solaris in MW4:Mercs) was so cool. I got to make money and travel in exchange for watching a video game, so I can't complain. I have tons of great memories from it.
Anybody still Interested in doing these, or has it run its course.....
