Any historical bottom feeder of a conference like Duke, Rutgers, Vanderbilt, or Kansas are ruled out. The exceptions to the rule would be your Ivy League or similar quality academic schools

Ha what's your issue with Floyd? Living there as a single guy in his 20s wasn't optimal, but I wouldn't mind living there again once I have my relationship status better situated. Biggest drama around my parents' place was the time one of the local herds of cows ate the local hippy lady's weed years ago before it was decriminalized so she didn't have any recourse.
Now downtown Floyd, I get. It very much feels like a tourist trap, which I can see being fairly polarizing.
They only call offensive goaltending if the ball is touched while in contact with the rim. Cylinder rule seems to only apply for defensive goaltending now.
Look at how much money we have spent making luxury dorms with marble staircases and movie theaters.... they have no idea how to build fit for purpose housing.
